Privacy Policy

Crash Claim Report ("we", "us"), operated by Infinite Star Holding LLC, offers a free claim analysis for people hurt in a car accident. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, mobile number, email, the state where the accident happened, and your answers about the accident, including injuries, treatment, missed work, insurance and any offer.
- Your consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to, when, and the page, browser and IP address it came from.
- Device and visit information: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, browser type and IP address.
How we use it
- To build your Claim Intelligence Report and go over it with you.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your claim, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
- To match you with a participating personal-injury attorney and, if you ask us to, share your information with that attorney.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Injury and health information
We use your injury and treatment answers only to prepare your report, review your claim and connect you with an attorney if you ask. We do not sell them and we do not send them to advertising platforms.
Cookies and advertising tools
We use first-party analytics to see whether our pages and form work. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies and may receive your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit on this site, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone number so Meta can match a form submission to an ad. Meta's use of this information is covered by Meta's own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. We may also use a consent-verification service that records how the form was completed.
Who we share it with
- A participating attorney you ask us to share your information with.
- Service providers who host our site, store data, send messages or support calls for us, only to do that work.
- Advertising partners as described above, without your injury or treatment answers.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and are never shared with any third party, including a participating attorney.
Texts and calls
If you agree to texts when you submit the form, Crash Claim Report texts you about your claim report: to confirm your details, ask follow-up questions and, if you ask, connect you with a participating attorney. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also email us to stop calls and texts.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. Some records, such as consent records, may be kept where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are helping you with your claim and for as long as needed for legal, consent and dispute records, then delete it.
Children
This service is for adults 18 and older.
