By using the Crash Claim Report claim analysis, you agree to these terms.
Not a law firm
Crash Claim Report is not a law firm, a lawyer referral service run by a bar association, or a medical provider. We do not give legal or medical advice. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney.
Your report is an estimate
Your Claim Intelligence Report is a preliminary, informational estimate built from the answers you give us and general information about how claims resolve. It is not a valuation of your case, a settlement offer or a promise of any result. Actual outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence, insurance coverage, the law where the accident happened and the attorney who handles the case. Deadlines shown are approximate; an attorney can confirm the deadlines that apply to you.
Attorney matching
If you ask us to, we share your information with a participating attorney licensed in your state. Each attorney decides whether to take your case and sets their own fee agreement, including any costs you may owe. Participating attorneys may pay Crash Claim Report for advertising and marketing services. Nothing on this site recommends one attorney over another.
Text messages
If you agree to texts when you submit the form, Crash Claim Report sends you text messages about your claim report: confirming your details, follow-up questions about your accident, injuries and insurance, and, only if you ask, connecting you with a participating attorney. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop texts at any time; after STOP you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of using our service.
Your information
Please give accurate information and only submit your own details or details you are authorized to give. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.
Limitation of liability
The site and reports are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on a report.
